Using the site or joining a club means agreeing to these terms.

The Guild works best when expectations are clear before the adventure begins. These terms explain the main responsibilities for families, players, and Guild of Imagination.
01

Parent or guardian role

A parent or guardian is responsible for registration, payment, and helping their child arrive ready for the session.
02

Online club participation

Clubs are guided online experiences for kids ages 8 to 17. Kids should be able to read, follow session prompts, and participate with the group.
03

Safety and conduct

Sessions are recorded, Guild Masters are background-checked yearly, and players may not exchange personal identifying info.
04

Payments and refunds

Payments, cancellations, and missed sessions follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
05

Accounts and community spaces

Families are responsible for keeping account access appropriate and using any Guild community spaces respectfully.
06

Tech requirements

Stable internet and a device that can join video conferencing are required. Some clubs may require specific game access, accounts, or gear.
07

Session materials and recordings

Recordings may be used to support missed sessions and session quality. Do not share private session materials publicly.
08

Service changes

Club availability, schedules, Guild Masters, and offerings may change. When something changes, we aim to make the next step clear.
