Fit, safety, setup
Start with fit

The goal is not to force a hobby. It is to find the right room.

Some kids light up when the group is built around stories, games, strategy, creativity, or shared worlds. The Guild helps that interest become a structured social space.

01

Is this good for a brand new player?

Yes. We build beginner-friendly starts so kids do not need to arrive as experts. The Guild Master helps the group understand the setup, the goal, and how to join in.
02

What if my child feels overwhelmed?

That is exactly why the group is guided. A Guild Master can slow the pace, explain the next step, and help a new player participate without pressure.
03

How do you keep sessions safe?

Sessions are recorded, Guild Masters are background-checked yearly, and kids are not allowed to exchange personal identifying info during Guild activity.
04

What tech does my child need?

At minimum, your child needs stable internet and a device that can join video conferencing. Some game or VR clubs may need specific game access, accounts, or gear.
05

What happens if my child misses a session?

A recording is provided for missed sessions. Refunds follow the cancellation policy: 50% refund with 48 or more hours of notice, and no refund for missed sessions without proper notice.
06

How do parents hear how things are going?

Guild Masters send a first-session recap and a 3-month update. Parents can also message with questions or concerns anytime.
07

What ages are Guild clubs built for?

Our online programs are built for ages 8 to 17. Kids should be able to read so they can follow prompts and participate with the group.
08

How do I choose the right club?

Start with the Adventure Finder Quiz. It helps us look at interests, comfort level, experience, and available gear before suggesting a first path.
