Code of conduct

How we keep the Guild kind, clear, and adventure-ready.

Guild of Imagination clubs are built for shared stories, small guided groups, and safer online play. These expectations help every player know how to treat the party, the Guild Master, and the shared room.

The short version

Be kind. Stay safe. Share the spotlight.

Kids can be silly, curious, excited, and wonderfully themselves. Clear expectations help the party stay welcoming for everyone.
Conduct Guide
Player expectations
Start here

Every player helps shape the table.

A party means the small guided group of kids your child adventures with each week. The Code of Conduct helps that group stay safe, fair, kind, and fun.
01

Be kind with words and choices

Treat other players, Guild Masters, and yourself with respect. Bullying, hate, cruelty, or repeated teasing does not belong in the Guild.
02

Share the spotlight

Everyone gets chances to speak, try ideas, make choices, and be part of the story. Great parties make room for more than one hero.
03

Keep personal info private

Players should not exchange addresses, phone numbers, private usernames, school names, or other personal identifying information.
04

Follow the Guild Master’s guidance

Guild Masters guide the pace, safety, and group flow. Players are expected to listen, pause when asked, and accept redirection.
05

Stay in the right shared space

Players should use the session, community, and chat spaces for Guild activity. Side chats, private plans, or off-platform moves are not part of the club.
06

Use age-appropriate language

Keep language and jokes appropriate for the group. Silly is welcome. Mean, graphic, or uncomfortable content is not.
07

Ask for help when something feels off

Players can ask the Guild Master for help if they feel confused, left out, uncomfortable, or unsure how to jump back into the story.
08

Respect session materials

Session links, recordings, downloads, and club materials are for enrolled families. Please do not share private Guild materials publicly.
Parent note
If behavior makes the room unsafe or unwelcoming, a Guild Master may redirect the player, pause participation, or contact a parent or guardian for support.
