Hi, my name is Alex Younger and I have been playing and leading as a Game Master for Dungeons and Dragons for a little more than 7 years! The reason I love Dungeons and Dragons so much is because of the variety of skills that can be learned through such a fun and positive environment. Some skills such as, creative problem-solving, critical thinking when making decisions and collaborating within a team/party. At my table we try to keep the rules more relaxed in order to foster a more encouraging and creative environment. As long as a player can explain to me how they can reasonably do something (even if it may bend some rules) I will usually allow it, as it has made for some very fun and unique outcomes for players and their characters. This also allows for a beginner-friendly space to let players learn the rules at a more comfortable pace. I am so excited you decided to check out my class and hope to see you at my table soon!
